- Tell us a little about yourself
- I have a deep love and passion for the world of makeup artistry, fine & performing arts, and education. I have over 20 years of professional experience. I possess a noble skill of artistic talent and creativity that was kindly molded by my education, work, and life experiences. I have been educated in all forms of fine & performing arts and art history, and proudly hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Purchase. I have had the great pleasure of working for such fine companies as: Estee Lauder - MAC Cosmetics, Victoria’s Secret Beauty, The Walt Disney Company, and Fred Astaire Ballroom, helping enhance my make-up artistry skills and knowledge. In addition, I have also had the enjoyment of teaching makeup artistry, fine art, art history, & dance to children & adults of all ages. I look at every face as a blank canvas, ripe and ready for beautifying. It is my personal goal to create an original masterpiece, one that enhances the individuals’ features and personality. I feel that makeup artistry is a very rewarding and exciting career, where I not only have the opportunity to make people look beautiful on the outside, but help build their confidence, self-esteem, and over all character allowing them to glow from the inside out.
